As an avid reader, i would love to have a cool boookshelf that could hold lots of books. I've been thinking of having a design like the one posted above.:) It's nice to have a big yet stylish bookcase to be displayed on my library room. As for the materials, i would love to use cedar for beauty, durability and practicality. For instance, you could visit this: rustic furniture to have an idea on what kind of wood i'm ineterested in. Of course, i would love to have it manufactured by some great artist to achieved the perfection of it.

i am dfferent! i love reading but won't wanta book shelf like this. i'd spend tons of time cleaning the dust! LOL.
all my bookshelves are made of metal and comes with locks! i am a dust phobia... well, it's because of my son and husband have sinus problem and we have to be very careful with dust.... :P

Hi, it just so happens that i love the smell of wood along with oldbooks as they aged.:) it's great! i can feel that i'm in an old library that contains century old books.:) but in a modern bookshelf! LOL!
