4u2 cosmetics is made in thailand. These are available locally in some malls and Watson's. Haven't bought any cosmetics from them before..until i saw the Glitz Collection line. This line is more on party and clubbing collection that has glittery eyeliners and various colors of mascaras for party-goers.
I've been so intrigued with it that my boyfriend ended up buying one liquid eyeliner for me!!!!:) Planning to get all colors available, but then i'm not so familiar with the brand yet so i ended up with only one.:) I'm so fond with the green one that i decided to choose that color.

-Higly Pigmented and Long staying power.
-Colors are intense.
-It is indeed smudge-proof.
-Affordable yet snazzy.
-Easy to remove
-No allergy reaction or any burning sensation after application.
-Takes only a little time to dry on the lids.
-Easy To apply.
Cons:
-May smudge a bit for people who has oily lids.
-It can be easily removed by water.

I'm head over heels with this Liquid eyeliner!!! This product can be used by any makeup addicts, it may be professionals or even first timers!!! it is easy to apply. Handles are long enough for you to apply in comfort. It doesn't limit you for party or clubbing in using this product. It may also be used for casual affairs depending on the color you're going to use. It's so afforadable, for a price of 225php($4.60) you can enjoy these liquid liners without burning a hole in your pocket.
Tips:
Apply eye primer into your lids first,or maybe not..it depends on you. Since this liquid eyeliner holds with or without eye primer. Make sure this will be your lasts to apply in your eyes. May be applied 1-2 layers of your choice. Apply gently to create a precise line.
-For first timers, you may want to use an eyeliner pencil first to have a stencil. So you won't go beyond the desired line. Or...
-Draw dots on your lids with an eyeliner, then connect the dots.
-Apply the eyeliner in slow strokes..Do not immediately draw a full line at once.
-After application, do not open your eyes immediately. Wait for it to dry up first.
